Who we are

We are Earth Luxury and our website address is https://earth.luxury. We guarantee authenticity so that you can buy with confidence from exclusive sellers, marketed by Earth Luxury. You are protected by this guarantee via the below processes and agreement.

Your satisfaction, shipping and returns

We go the extra mile to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If there are any problems with your delivery/order, we ask that you contact us straight away. If any pieces that you receive are not as described, you must report this to us within 14 days of receipt.

All items must meet the expectations detailed in the description and images of the piece that you order. All items are otherwise sold on a non-returnable basis. All returns require our pre-approval.

Please be sure to view all pictures as they are an integral part of the description. Photography display stands/mounts are not included.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of listings, prices, delivery costs, marketing and other communications. In the extremely unlikely event of error, we shall contact you to correct and adjust any charges, whether lower or higher.

Shipping costs (initial or return) are non-refundable and estimates of dispatch or arrival times are not guaranteed. Where London or South East same-day service is available, precise hour of arrival times are aspirational and require signature on receipt by the payment method owner. Additional transaction and delivery security measure will apply and be communicated where we believe it necessary to fulfil an order legitimately and safely.
